2 oz. Première Canne

¾ oz. Sirop de Canne

½ oz. fresh lime juice

¼ oz. maraschino liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a lime wheel

2 oz. Chairman’s Reserve Rum (choose Forgotten Cask for a special occasion)
1 teaspoon of sugar in the raw
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Large orange zest

Muddle the sugar and bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Add large piece(s) of ice and add Chairman’s Reserve Rum. Stir gently and finish with a twist of a large orange zest.

1 oz. Trader Vic’s Kona Coffee
1 oz. Trader Vic’s Macadamia Nut
1 oz. Irish cream

Cream

1/8th of a ripe peach, diced
6-8 mint leaves
.5 oz cane syrup
2 oz. Clément Select Barrel

Créole Shrubb | Rhum

Build peaches, mint, cane syrup in a Julep cup. Lightly muddle to incorporate. Add rum and some crushed ice. Lightly swizzle and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a large bouquet of mint and dust powdered sugar on top.
