The Forgotten Cask Cocktail & Rum Bar is an intimate rooftop bar, decked out in pirate-loving, Caribbean island inspired decor, perched on top of The Cauliflower Hotel in Waterloo.

It is named after the St. Lucian Chairman’s Reserve range “The Forgotten casks”.
Ideal for one-on-ones, groups, parties & Functions this is not only fast becoming one of the hottest spots in inner-Sydney’s suburb of Waterloo, but with several spaces available to fit any requirements, this is also the idea location for any function.
